How We Build

If you have an idea, we don't just ship features—we build things that run. Here's how we think, what we use, and how we work with partners.

Philosophy

We sit at the intersection of product studio, infrastructure, and operator. We run our own platforms, so we optimize for long-term outcomes—not demo-day features. We take a limited number of partner projects each quarter because depth beats volume: we want systems that stay healthy after launch.

Build internally, launch publicly, partner selectively. Whether it's your product or ours, the bar is the same: real users, real revenue signals, and tooling we'd trust in production.

Tools & platforms we use

Not every stack looks identical, but this is the spine of how we build today.

  • Next.js & TypeScript

We ship with Next.js (App Router) and TypeScript end to end—typed APIs, predictable refactors, and a framework that scales from marketing sites to full products.

  • Vercel

Frontends and serverless workflows often land on Vercel for previews, edge delivery, and deployment pipelines that keep iteration fast.

  • Cloudflare

We use Cloudflare for DNS, CDN, edge caching, and Pages when we want static sites and lightweight serverless at the edge.

  • DigitalOcean

When we need VMs, managed services, or predictable infrastructure outside the edge, we lean on DigitalOcean for hosting and ops we can reason about.

  • MongoDB

Document-oriented data fits a lot of what we build—flexible schemas early, clear models as products mature.

  • Google Analytics

We wire in measurement from day one so launches aren’t guesses: funnels, traffic, and behavior inform what we build next.

  • Brevo

Transactional email, contact lists, and lifecycle messaging go through Brevo so outreach stays reliable and compliant.

  • Google Ad Manager

We implement and operate GAM for publishers—inventory, line items, key-values, and reporting tied to how sites actually monetize.

  • Prebid

Header bidding with Prebid.js brings demand partners into the auction so yield and latency stay balanced across desktop and mobile.

  • Render

Background services, APIs, and jobs that need always-on hosting often run on Render alongside our edge and serverless frontends.

How we work with you

  1. 1

    We evaluate it

We look at the problem, the market, and whether we're the right fit. We focus on ideas that can become real, operating businesses—not one-off builds.

  2. 2

    We map the system

Before writing code, we define architecture, data flows, and systems. That way we build the right thing from day one.

  3. 3

    We build fast

We use modern stacks, clear processes, and operator experience to move quickly without sacrificing quality.

  4. 4

    We launch

We get you to a live product—deployed, monitored, and ready for users.

  5. 5

    We help operate

We can stay involved post-launch: analytics, monetization, scaling. We run our own products, so we know what it takes.

We take a limited number of projects per quarter. If you're building something real, we'd like to hear from you.
